Whether from our inventory or one of the aircraft we have on brokerage, we will guide you through the evaluation process and assist you with the purchase of the right aircraft for your needs. If we don’t have the right one, we will point that out as well. Our contacts throughout the industry will be helpful if you want us to assist with your search. Our first goal is to get you in the right aircraft and put you in the best position for continued operation and for moving up in the future. Most think they are buying an aircraft that will last for many years; hopefully that will be the case. We find that most are considering moving up within two to three years. Making a smart purchase now will make that move much easier when the time comes. Our ultimate goal is to make a repeat customer…that is of utmost importance to us.
Brokerage

When we list your aircraft, we handle the complete process of selling it. From evaluating the aircraft to providing pricing recommendations; from developing a marketing strategy to placing the advertising; from evaluating a prospect’s ability to buy to working through contracting; from completing a pre-purchase evaluation to closing the sale; we have the team and experience to help you gain the most return from your investment. Our brokerage services have produced sales from the Cessna family of models from 152’s through Citations; from the Beech family of models from Bonanzas through King Air B200GT’s. Pipers from Cherokees through Cheyennes and most of the Mooney models have been sold over the years. Recently, a Falcon 50, a PC-12NG and an Astra have been added to our list of sales. We list a limited number of aircraft at one time and normally won’t have but one or two of a particular model thus giving your aircraft our undivided attention. We are small, dedicated and provide a straight forward approach to selling your aircraft. We won’t waste your time with unqualified buyers; won’t ask you to fly your aircraft all over the country and won’t put you in an uncomfortable position in the pre-purchase process.
Acquisitions

From the initial contact to the final delivery, we will work with you to select the best aircraft to meet your needs. Every buyer is valuable and has a unique situation. We treat all with that respect whether you are buying a single or a jet. Our research skills, negotiation strategies, knowledge of various aircraft, and reputation with others in the industry will help us locate the right aircraft for you. With the aging fleet and increasing cost of operation, it is critical that you acquire the right aircraft at the best possible price.
Consulting

We provide information to help you decide if an aircraft is a wise investment for you and/or your business. Full ownership, partnership or ownership with a lease-back to a management company are all real possibilities for your consideration. Cost of operation figures, market summaries and evaluation of your travel needs are provided as a part of the process to determine the right aircraft for you. If it doesn’t make good business or financial sense to own an aircraft, we will tell you that as well and suggest other options for you. As a team, we have been assisting buyers for a combined total of over 100 years in buying and operating general aviation aircraft, both pre-owned and new. During that time we have represented Cessna and Piper for new aircraft and have sold a number of new Beechcraft as well. Most recently, we assisted an Alabama buyer with the purchase of a new King Air C90GTx. Our relationship with the manufacturers and their representatives will be an additional benefit to you as a buyer.
Aircraft Management

When you need a management team for your aircraft, we have contacts nationwide and in some foreign countries that provide management service, flight and maintenance crews for your aircraft. Full management with lease-back for charter or shared ownership can be provided if you don’t have the time or desire to manage an aircraft operation internally. Our knowledge and contacts in the industry will provide services that will allow you to just “show up and enjoy” the benefits of aircraft ownership without the hassle of day to day details.
