NBAA Welcomes Proposed IRS Rules on Excise Taxes for Aircraft Management Companies

The IRS will soon publish a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) to provide regulations in response to a legislative exemption from excise taxes on aircraft management services paid by aircraft owners.
